They worked on a company service truck of ours and did not secure it during the time it was in their possession. About $3000 worth of tools were stolen out of it. I specifically asked if that would be a concern when I called for an appointment and also when I dropped off the truck and they told me no worries, they would keep it secured. I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 for more than $33,000 on Saturday, June 27. The sales person and finance manager were delightful, charming, helpful closing the deal. I signed the paperwork, drove the Ram to my home 30 miles away, and drove back the same day to deliver the title on the vehicle I traded. On that drive back, the check engine light came on. This dealer does not price their used vehicles reasonably. First of all they have a vehicle listed as a premium trim level on cargurus and it is a base model. Second they are saying the nada value is $31,000. The nada website has the value listed as $24,525. Kelly Bluebook has a fair purchase price of $24,896. I am not sure if they don't know how to value vehicles or they are being dishonest. They have the vehicle price at over $27,000. I hate the idea that someone would unknowingly over pay this much for a vehicle and start out so much upside ...

My Daughter purchased a car while on summer break in 2019. We were recommended a by dealer a 2016 Nissan Altima. The car was a good deal or at least we thought it was. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I signed all of my paper work for the 2020 ecosport then got a phone call that the dealership had sold the car and there was nothing the could do for me. Never going back to precision ford. My sales guy Sam was amazing. The sales manager Dalton Butler was beyond rude and demanded me sign for another car $6,000 over my budget.

Great salesmen! great price! Not at all happy with the cleaning of the vehicle and attention to detail. Cabin air filter has to be changed immediately, truck cabin smells like cigarette smoke when I first start it up in the morning. Suspension needs to be tightened or addressed on back driver side, makes loud squeaking noises, driver side door needs to be addressed, makes loud squeaking noises when opened and closed. These are all small issues but should’ve been fixed promptly before sale, used or not.

Everyone in the sales department and service department have been just great. We have bought 3 vehicles from them in the past 2 years no complaints at all. They always seem to go out of there way to make you feel comfortable in buying a car. Will definitely come back when purchasing another vehicle. Will recommend to everyone I know. This is the worst experience ever. I stopped by there because they had promotion. I got some lottery booklet in the mail and it was looks like it worse to come there and check what they have. When I came, one employee explained about promotion and everything, then I had test drive. Finally employee of financial department explained payment options to me. Gave proper paperwork to cancel GAP ins, told wait was 4 weeks. Months have gone by, they never return calls/voicemails. Every time I have to physically go to the dealership and am then given excuses like an employee quit so they are behind. They never fixed my car, created new problems with my car, mischarged me $533, they will not call you back, and they lose appointments. Never fixed the problem- Came in because my car makes sputtering sounds and hesitates when accelerating from a stop. Michael Boyce was my technician. He said the problem was the clutch and replaced it. I didn’t even leave the parking lot when I noticed it wasn’t fixed, another technician verified that the noise was still there and I made another appointment. I purchased a "certified ore-owned" car a few weeks ago and had in place an agreement for them to repair a windshield. After returning to the dealership for the repair they informed me that the windshield was beyond repair. They operated in bad faith by leading me to believe that the windshield could be repaired. It appears that hey'll do anything to sell a car including deceiving its customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be taking them to court to rectify this situation.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I bought a truck from here a few months back on what I was told was a fast payment program. In which I was to pay a higher payment for six months, after which I would refinance the vehicle for a much lower price. When I went back to refinance the truck I was told that I was supposed to pay an extra payment during those six months, and put the check that they gave me as a "rebate" on the truck down towards the payment. Bought car January 14, dealership had problem paying their debts to get title and our 30 day tags ran out. They got them on day 32 and I picked them up and spoke with the new general manager who was so apoloigied and said he wanted to make things right. I advised him of a tank of gas I was promised during the night of sale, when the gas card disappeared. He said he would mail me a check and I have not seen that check. Please save yourself the trouble, this dealership is not trustworthy and is very shady how they operate.

They left garbage in my trucks fuel tank while replacing the fuel pump. When the garbage was sucked up into the fuel pump and messed up my fuel system they refused to be responsible. From this experience I would say their management isn't concerned with customer satisfaction or integrity.

I had an emergency regarding a car in service after hours (45 minutes after the service shop closed). As the only manager on duty, I spoke with the Sales Manager, Craig. The sales manager refused to get me in touch with the GM and got frustrated at my insistence that it was an emergency.
